Families are constantly evolving. Whether you're bringing two families together, navigating relationships with adult children, managing the complexities of co-parenting, or facing conflict between siblings or extended family members, these transitions can be emotionally challenging for everyone involved.

I provide a supportive, impartial, and compassionate space where families can explore difficult conversations, strengthen relationships, and find practical ways to move forward together.

Blended families often face unique challenges that traditional family structures do not. Differences in parenting styles, loyalty conflicts, unresolved grief, boundaries with former partners, and adjusting to new family roles can create tension and uncertainty. My role is to help each family member feel heard, valued, and understood while working towards healthier relationships built on trust, respect, and connection.

I also work with adult families experiencing conflict between parents and adult children, sibling disagreements, caring responsibilities for ageing parents, estrangement, communication breakdowns, inheritance disputes, and major life transitions. Together, we explore long-standing patterns, improve understanding, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Healthy families are not free from conflict, they learn how to navigate challenges together. Whether your family is adjusting to a new beginning, working through long-standing tensions, or seeking to rebuild relationships, I offer a safe and supportive environment where every voice matters.

You have taken the first step by finding my page. I offer a free no obligation consultation where we can see if we are a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
