I am currently accepting new clients and offering online therapy for adults aged 18+.
Appointments are available on weekdays. If I have any planned annual leave or periods of absence after we begin working together, I will always give you as much notice as possible and discuss this with you in advance to ensure continuity of care.
Please feel free to get in touch to discuss current availability or arrange an initial appointment.
About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative psychotherapist, I recognise that every person is unique. There is no single approach that suits everyone, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches while keeping the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work.
I work in a relational, person-centred way, believing that meaningful change often begins when we feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do, but to work alongside you in exploring your thoughts, emotions and experiences with curiosity, compassion and honesty.
I offer online therapy for adults aged 18 and over, providing a confidential and supportive space where you can speak openly at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, whether they relate to anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, life transitions, self-esteem or emotional overwhelm.
Therapy is a collaborative process. We will work together to develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, recognise patterns that may no longer be serving you and explore ways of moving forward that feel authentic and meaningful. My aim is to support you in building greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence, while respecting your individuality and the goals that are important to you.
I understand that choosing a therapist is an important decision. If you feel my approach may be the right fit for you, I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how we might work together.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and it's natural to feel unsure about what to expect. My aim is to offer a space where you feel able to talk openly, without fear of judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
I work online with adults aged 18 and over, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feel that something isn't quite right, therapy provides an opportunity to pause, reflect and begin to make sense of your experiences.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to your individual needs. I work in a relational, person-centred way, recognising that every person's story is different. Rather than following a fixed approach, we will work collaboratively, exploring the issues that matter most to you at a pace that feels manageable.
Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my practice. I believe that feeling genuinely heard and understood creates the conditions for meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity and challenge where appropriate, while helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
Finding the right therapist is important. If you're considering therapy and feel that my approach resonates with you, I would be pleased to hear from you.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your reasons for seeking support, any relevant background information and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
I'll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have and talk through practical matters such as confidentiality, the counselling agreement and session arrangements. This is also an opportunity for us to consider whether we feel we're the right fit to work together.
There is no pressure to commit beyond the first session. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and it's important that you feel comfortable and able to make an informed decision.
