About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm a warm and compassionate therapist who offers a non-judgemental, kind space where you can truly feel listened to and be yourself! Having a safe and supportive place to explore your feelings, and make sense of what you need in life or your relationships, can be so healing, especially if your experiences have left you feeling unseen, alone or misunderstood. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can take the time to understand it together, at a pace that is right for you.
Practice description
I listen with care and curiosity, to patiently understand what has brought you to therapy. With a gentle and honest approach, I support you to explore your experiences and what you need, to be able to move forward. I also have over 20 years experience of teaching & leading in schools, and a SEN specialism, so naturally advocate for young people and their families.
