About me and my therapy practice

I’m Liza, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons), offering a warm, safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I provide in-person therapy in Chiswick and Richmond, West London, as well as online counselling across the UK. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, low self-esteem, OCD, health anxiety, addiction, and other emotional challenges. I also support individuals and families affected by cancer and bereavement.

Alongside my private practice, I work within hospital and specialist mental health services, supporting people through emotional distress, trauma, crisis, and difficult life experiences. I also work with a cancer support centre, offering support to those affected by cancer and loss.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy is a space where you can bring whatever you are carrying, at your own pace, without judgment.

I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. I work ethically in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and hold an enhanced DBS check for your reassurance.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we’re a good fit.

Whether you’re in West London or prefer online counselling, you’re welcome to reach out. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.

No concern is too big or small.
