About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist offering sessions both online and in person in South-East London.

I have vast experience working with clients with a variety of presenting issues, including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, relationship, intimacy and family difficulties, peri and menopausal struggles, post-natal depression, loss, grief and trauma.

My main therapeutic approach is existential psychotherapy, which is about meeting you where you are today. While I am interested in your history, story, and the experiences that have led you to this point, my initial focus is often on the present moment; how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you today. By starting here I hope that we can shed light on what feels meaningful, difficult, uncertain or unfulfilled. However my training has also been in integrative theory and practice which allows me to draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches. These include attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy and humanistic philosophy.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University and I am completing a Masters in Existential Psychotherapy also at Regent’s University. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Practice description

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and taking the first step is not easy. My aim is to make the start of your journey feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. I place great importance on creating a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space, where you feel able to explore whatever challenges or experiences you may be facing. I believe a strong and trusted relationship between us is foundational in order to help you explore those areas of your life that feel difficult. Through a collaborative and empathetic reflection, I hope that we can begin to develop greater understanding and fresh perspectives, allowing for movement and growth.

I offer both short-term work (6–12 weeks) and longer-term, open-ended therapy. Together, we can tailor the work to suit your individual needs.

I work both online and in person in South-East London.
