About me and my therapy practice
I trained as a person-centred pluralistic therapist, which means you will be at the heart of our work together. I will be led by your story, whilst I work to guide the process, gently challenge where it's helpful and provide the environment to help you achieve meaningful change.
I bring a background in crisis support and supporting people’s wellbeing within NHS settings, as well as my own lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery. This means I aim to meet you not just with professional knowledge, but from a genuine place of understanding.
Practice description
I aim to practise in a way that's culturally sensitive and inclusive. Whoever you are, you are welcome here. I recognise that people need different things at different times, so our work will be collaboratively shaped around you at your pace.
Whatever you're carrying, this is a space to bring it. I'm familiar with sitting alongside anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, or more complex and enduring mental health challenges.
