Zoom Session £50
I offer online counselling sessions via Zoom for clients across the UK. This provides a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own home, particularly if you live outside the local area or are unable to attend in person. Sessions are arranged by appointment and should take place in a quiet, private space where you feel safe and comfortable.
Home Visit £60
I understand that attending counselling in person may not always be easy, so I offer home visits across selected areas of Kent - including Northfleet, Ebbsfleet, Swanscombe, Greenhithe, Gravesend, Southfleet, Istead Rise, Meopham, Higham, Shorne, Chalk, and New Barn, as well as surrounding areas across North, West, South, and East Kent.
Walk & Talk £60
Therapy in motion — walking in nature can ease conversation and reduce the pressure of a traditional face-to-face setting. I offer walk and talk sessions across the local area, including Shorne Country Park, Gravesend Promenade, Gravesend Woodlands Park, Cyclopark, Jeskyns Community Woodland, Bluewater Nature Trail, as well as other local green spaces across Kent.Online,Walk & Talk, and Home Visits are offered
About me and my therapy practice
HI, I'm Jessi
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a member of the BACP. My sessions are client-led — a space for you to bring whatever you choose, at whatever pace feels right. I believe counselling should offer a space where you feel truly listened to, accepted, and safe to speak openly without judgement. I welcome clients from all walks of life, having worked in several charity organisations, supporting people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and cultures.
I recognise that family dynamics, identity, expectations, culture, and life circumstances can deeply shape how we experience ourselves and the world. These are not details — they are central to who you are. By pulling on these experiences alongside early and present relationships we can notice and understand your patterns of coping, relating and expectations.
Practice description
While my foundation is person-centred, I also work integratively — drawing on lived experience and different therapeutic approaches depending on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. This makes our work flexible, collaborative, and truly tailored to you. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel valued, respected, and empowered. I provide a supportive and reflective space to help you explore difficult emotions, understand internalised pressures, and develop more sustainable, compassionate, and authentic relationships with yourself and others. By working through challenges together, you will build lasting self-belief and confidence, helping you to create inner peace.
My first session
Before we begin regular sessions, we start with a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is an informal conversation to discuss what's brought you to counselling, your goals, and to see whether we feel like a good fit for each other. There's no pressure — it's simply a chance to get comfortable.
