I offer weekly 50-minute therapy sessions for individual adults and couples, Mon-Thu, from 10-7pm. Meet with me in-person, in a cozy space in central Brighton, or online, from anywhere in the world.
About me and my therapy practice
Whatever you're bringing, you're welcome here. Your relationships, your body, your history, your desires, your dreams. The things you’ve never quite found the words for, or the space to say out loud. Or what you've spoken of, but still carry.
Whether we meet online or in person, my therapy sessions are open and follow you. We shape and deepen the work together as we go. Nothing is off the table.
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need a diagnosis or fancy vocab. You simply need to be curious about what might lie beneath the surface.
That’s enough. You’re in the right place.
Practice description
I aim to maintain a space that is genuinely inclusive of all, including LGBTQI+, neurodivergent, and disabled identities. I don't work from a set script of what a person, a relationship, or a life should look like. Whatever your culture, identity, sexual orientation, relationship structure, faith, or background, you'll be welcomed and held in an affirming space.
While I tend to focus on medium-to-long-term therapy, I am also experienced in short-term, even single-session work.
My theoretical foundations lie in the psychodynamic approach, meaning we can delve into patterns that you may have carried for years but no longer serve you. I hold an understanding of working with unconscious material, early life development and dreams or symbolism.
Equally, I trained in a cross-disciplinary way, so I can draw on multiple modalities and approaches to tailor each session to you and what you need, moment by moment. You'll be supported in learning to trust and follow your own voice, needs, and judgement for lasting change.
I also have over ten years' experience of personal therapy across different modalities, alongside more than six years of experience supporting adults in crisis in leading charities, mental health and wellbeing tech, counselling and therapy roles.
In other words, you're in safe hands, and you will be held week after week. I can't wait to meet you.
My first session
