Availability

About me and my therapy practice

For me, therapy isn't a one-way process, it's a relationship. One where we work together, at your pace.

Maybe you have arrived here with a name for your experience - ADHD, anxiety, autism, burnout, depression, grief, OCD, stress - or perhaps you're finding it hard to put your finger on what you're feeling.

You don't need to come knowing what's wrong. We don't need to decide what's "wrong" with you. In my experience, what brings a person to counselling isn't always the whole story. There is often something underneath that needs attention, and that's where we'd start - not with the "issue", but with you.

Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to explore it with compassion and honesty.

Even if it's just for 50 minutes, our sessions are a place to get to know the parts of you that you might have had to set aside to fit in or function. Together we can open up a space to imagine new possibilities and ways of being.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call in which you can share what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of me and how I do things. Once we both agree to work together, we will arrange an initial consultation in which I will ask you a bit about your lived experience and family history. After that, the sessions will be led by whatever you bring.
