I offer online and face-to-face sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m an integrative therapist offering online and face-to-face therapy to adults across the UK, with face-to-face sessions in Coventry. I work with a range of emotional, relational and life difficulties, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, boundaries and life changes.

I currently have availability and offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, how I work and whether we feel like the right fit.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I offer a warm, confidential, non-judgemental space where we can explore what brings you here at your own pace.

Through trust, curiosity and connection, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and patterns. I see you as the expert in your own life; my role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, offering support, reflection and gentle challenge where helpful.

My Experience & Approach

My experience includes working with adults facing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, sexual violence, abuse, addiction, workplace conflict, racism, and family problems. I have specialist experience supporting survivors of rape and sexual violence, as well as those navigating addiction and recovery.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on relational, person-centred, and psychodynamic approaches. This helps us consider current issues alongside how past experiences, relationships, and patterns influence self-understanding and interactions.

I recognise that experiences are often linked to culture, family, identity, and circumstances. I create space to explore cultural identity, family expectations, religion, spirituality, belonging, and the experiences that shape you.

I speak English and Punjabi and aim to offer a culturally sensitive space where you can bring all parts of yourself, including aspects that may be difficult to discuss elsewhere.

What We Can Explore

You may be coming to therapy because of:

  • Anxiety and stress – overthinking, worry, feeling overwhelmed, burnout, difficulty switching off or feeling constantly on edge.
  • Relationship difficulties – communication, conflict, trust, attachment, separation, recurring patterns, difficulties with boundaries or finding yourself putting other people's needs before your own.
  • Low mood and self-esteem – self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
  • Trauma and abuse – including childhood trauma, rape, sexual violence, abuse and coercive control.
  • Family and interpersonal difficulties – exploring relationships, family dynamics, expectations and patterns that may have developed over time.
  • Identity, culture and belonging – exploring who you are, where you feel you belong and how your experiences, relationships, culture and expectations may have shaped your sense of yourself.
  • Addiction and recovery – exploring emotional experiences, coping, relationships and the impact that addiction or recovery can have on everyday life.
