About me and my therapy practice
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or unsure of what you need right now. Perhaps you’ve been carrying things for a long time, questioning yourself, or wondering whether you have the right to access counselling, telling yourself that others have it worse, that your situation isn’t serious enough, or that you should be able to cope on your own. Many people come to counselling feeling this way, especially if they’re used to managing things on their own.
I offer warm, confidential online counselling for adults across the UK. My work is particularly suited to people experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, victims of coercive control, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), burnout, low self-worth, faith-related questions, or a sense of feeling stuck in patterns you would like to understand and change.
As a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and registered member of the BACP, I provide a compassionate, reflective, and trauma-informed space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can look at how past experiences may be shaping your present relationships, emotions, and sense of self, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create meaningful change.
What I can help with
ADD / ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Baby loss, Bereavement, Body/somatic therapy, Coercive control, Depression, Disability, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Mood disorder, Narcissism, Neurodiversity, Post-traumatic stress, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stalking, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
