I am currently accepting clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in-person in Hertford. I also offer in-person sessions in Stevenage and have spaces available for online work. Please get in touch to enquire about a time and day that suits you.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor with over twelve years working in the wellness space. For over a decade, I’ve used yoga to help people feel better in their bodies. True liberation often requires walking alongside someone through their internal world, too.
Through weekly counselling sessions, we look at your past experiences and how these impact your day to day life now. I am thoughtful, reflective and dedicated in my approach. I believe in the power of trust and authenticity and naturally bring a warmth, curiosity and genuine presence to the therapeutic relationship. I am fascinated by the intersection between physical and emotional health and wellbeing, how the body somatises thoughts and emotions. My background in the arts coupled with dynamic and restorative styles of yoga allows me to support clients in exploring how the body 'holds' emotion. I offer a unique, creative perspective that honors the deep connection between the mind and body combined with my deep appreciation of the unconscious. I am particularly interested in supporting those struggling with:
- anxiety and self-doubt;
- depression and low mood;
- low self-esteem and shame;
- grief and loss;
- self-harm and intrusive thoughts;
- navigating life transitions;
- questions around identity and purpose;
- overwhelm and burnout;
- childhood trauma; and,
- managing relationships.
I welcome anyone in need of a safe, confidential space with the intention of moving toward a life of greater self-understanding and personal growth.
I am registered member of the BACP and offer in-person and online sessions in Hertford and Stevenage for those ready for deep self-enquiry and lasting change.
Practice description

Cancellations made under 48hours notice are charged in full, as I reserve this space especially for you. Limited concession spaces are available for counselling trainees, those on low-income, are unemployed or on state benefits.
My first session
