About me and my therapy practice

Being properly listened to, without judgement, is where change quietly begins.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and therapeutic coach, which means I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I look at your unique situation and draw upon different therapeutic models to best support what you need right now.

My practice combines careful, compassionate listening with practical reflection. Together, we provide a safe, calm, and unhurried space to explore the emotional roots of your current difficulties.

While it is vital to gently explore and make sense of what you are experiencing, our work doesn't stop at understanding. Because I can also integrate coaching principles alongside traditional counselling, we will also collaborate on finding a constructive, meaningful way for you to move forward into the future.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, dealing with a specific challenge, or trying to understand an underlying pattern, my aim is to support you in gaining clarity and building a pathway forward at your own pace.

Practice description

I provide counselling and therapeutic coaching for adults (18+) dealing with a wide range of personal challenges.

Common areas I work with include anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, managing life transitions, personal growth, relationship issues, grief, and general life difficulties.

When you work with me, you can expect an environment that is warm, respectful, and grounded. I hold a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means my practice strictly adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring your safety, confidentiality, and professional care are always prioritized.

My practice is based in Redhill, Surrey. I offer face-to-face sessions for clients living or working in Redhill, Reigate, Merstham, and the surrounding local areas. Additionally, I offer online sessions by arrangement, providing flexibility if you prefer to access therapy remotely from the comfort of your own home or workspace.

Ultimately, my practice is built on offering a structured yet deeply empathetic framework to help you process your experiences and rebuild momentum.

My first session

Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, so I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call before you commit to signing up. This initial conversation gives us a brief chance to connect, outline what is bringing you to therapy, and discuss how we might work together. It is an informal, pressure-free opportunity for you to get a feel for my approach and ask any initial questions you may have.

If we decide to move forward after our call, our first formal session will serve as a full assessment and consultation. During this unhurried meeting, we will talk through your experiences in more depth, look at what you hope to achieve, and establish a comfortable pace for our future work. There is never any pressure to have everything figured out before we speak. The goal of both the initial call and our first session is simply to ensure you feel entirely safe, comfortable, and informed before embarking on your therapeutic journey.
