About me and my therapy practice

Let me offer you a space to feel, think, and be seen.

Taking the step to explore therapy requires courage. I offer a quiet, supportive space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to process what feels heavy or overwhelming.

At the heart of therapy lies a simple desire: to reconnect with who you truly are so you can move through life with clarity, connection, and confidence. I am not here to rescue you or tell you who to be. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your story.

Therapy offers a dedicated, confidential space to slow down and unpack what feels too heavy to carry alone. Together, we can explore the root causes of your distress, process difficult experiences, and build genuine inner resilience.

How we work together

'Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.' – Carl Jung

My practice is built on the belief that meaningful healing begins when we learn to trust ourselves and listen to our own voice. In our sessions, we gently explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape your present reality. My focus is not simply on managing symptoms, but on helping you understand the root causes of your distress so you can create lasting, meaningful change.

Drawing on my own multicultural background, I bring both personal and clinical insight to issues surrounding race, culture, intersectionality, and identity. Inclusivity is central to my practice, and I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.

Practice description

As a qualified, BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist, I have extensive experience supporting clients through complex emotional challenges.

In our sessions, we will explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape your present reality. Compassion, empathy, and open curiosity are at the heart of my practice. My priority is to provide a grounded, non-judgmental environment where you feel secure enough to explore whatever you bring to the room.

Every therapeutic journey is bespoke. Together, we can create a reflective space to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your true self, and thrive.

Therapy is always individual and centred around your unique story. You do not need a formal diagnosis or a specific label to begin, but clients often reach out when they are navigating:

Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm: Living in a state of constant tension, managing intrusive thoughts, panic, or feeling utterly burned out by daily demands.

Identity, Culture & Intersectionality: Navigating cultural pressures, family expectations, or exploring questions around race, personal identity, and belonging.

Low Self-Esteem & Self-Doubt: Working through deep-seated shame, imposter syndrome, or a persistent feeling of not being "enough".

Relational Patterns & Boundaries: Unpacking difficulty with trust, repeating painful relationship dynamics, or learning to set healthy boundaries.

Past Trauma & Childhood Experiences: Processing early life experiences or past events that quietly dictate your present reality.

Depression, Low Mood & Grief: Carrying a heavy sense of sadness, feeling emotionally disconnected, or navigating significant loss and life changes.

My first session

I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone call. This is a gentle, pressure-free opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together.

Feeling uncertain or nervous about starting therapy is entirely natural. Our initial call provides space to ensure you feel comfortable and supported before committing to regular weekly sessions.

If you feel ready to take the next step, please reach out via email or phone to arrange a time.

About me and my therapy practice

Let me offer you a space to feel, think, and be seen.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, living in a state of tension, or emotionally exhausted? Perhaps you are navigating persistent anxiety, low mood, or a sense of feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you. During difficult times, it is common to fall into negative thought patterns, develop unhealthy coping mechanisms or retreat further, leaving you feeling isolated and stuck.

Therapy offers a dedicated, confidential space to slow down and unpack what feels too heavy to carry alone. Together, we can explore the root causes of your distress, process difficult experiences, and build genuine inner resilience.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, my aim is to support you in moving beyond survival toward true emotional wellbeing and create a life in which you can genuinely thrive.

Until you make the unconscious, conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. – Carl Jung
