About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. I’m glad you’ve taken this step.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, so please be assured that should we choose to work together, I will offer you a quiet shelter where you can explore whatever you are carrying at a pace that feels safe for you.
Whether you are working through the complex emotional landscapes of bereavement and trauma, or navigating anxiety and depression, I can be there alongside you in those heavy moments that feel difficult to carry alone.
My experience puts you at the centre, and I will offer you a compassionate and non-judgmental sanctuary where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when given the right environment and therapeutic relationship.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. If you’d like to see if we are a good fit, please contact me to book a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation.
Practice description
If we decide to work together, you can expect a Person-Centred approach in our sessions. This means that our work will be unhurried, gentle, and led by what feels important for you to bring. I believe that, given the right conditions, each of us has an inner capacity for understanding, growth, and healing.
My role is to sit alongside you as you explore what is happening in your life, at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we can gently look at your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you to make sense of them in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I won’t give advice or offer quick solutions. Instead, I will meet you with warmth, care, and respect, giving you room to talk openly and feel truly listened to. Over time, this can help you develop a stronger sense of yourself, so that you feel more able to trust your own understanding and find your own way forward.
