About me and my therapy practice

I work integratively, exploring the connection between our thoughts, emotions, physical responses and the experiences that shape us. I am particularly interested in helping clients notice patterns that may be difficult to recognise consciously, and understand how the mind and body can respond to what we have experienced.

I use a range of therapeutic approaches and, where appropriate, creative ways of exploring what is happening beneath the surface. This might include visual exercises, reflective activities or other creative tools, depending on what feels natural and helpful for you.

As a Christian counsellor, I can also integrate Christian faith and spirituality into our work when this is important to you. We can explore questions around faith, identity, purpose, suffering, relationships and your understanding of God, without judgement or pressure.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore yourself honestly and at your own pace.

My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, so that you can feel more in charge of your life again.

Practice description

I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing difficulties with their emotions, relationships, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, low mood or life transitions.

My work focuses on understanding the connections between your thoughts, emotions, body and experiences, helping you recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I also enjoy using creative and reflective approaches when these can help you explore things that are difficult to put into words.

As a Christian counsellor, I offer faith-integrated therapy for those who would like to explore their Christian faith as part of their therapeutic journey. This may include questions around identity, purpose, suffering, relationships and your relationship with God.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening beneath the surface so that you can feel more grounded, empowered and in charge of your life again.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute introductory video call before starting therapy. This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see whether I might be the right therapist for you. There is no obligation to book further sessions.
