About me and my therapy practice
I provide a warm, compassionate and reflective space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and mindfulness, tailoring therapy to your individual needs.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach or that people need fixing. Instead, I work alongside you with curiosity, compassion and care, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and the challenges you may be facing.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, loss, low self-worth, life transitions, or a sense that something doesn't feel quite right, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we can explore what it means to live in a way that feels authentic, meaningful and true to who you are.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to feel uncertain about what to expect. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind.
I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine and trusting relationship between therapist and client. Rather than telling you what to do or offering quick fixes, I work alongside you with curiosity, compassion and care to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your individual needs. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and make sense of patterns, thoughts, feelings or experiences that may be causing difficulty.
Sometimes therapy focuses on a specific issue, such as anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, low self-worth or a life transition. At other times, people come to therapy with a general sense that something doesn't feel quite right, even if they can't yet put it into words. Whatever brings you, you don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.
