About me and my therapy practice

Hello. My name is Paul and I provide in-person counselling in Swindon.

All you really need to know about me is that I am a person just like you. I have had problems and I have suffered. I understand the feelings of loneliness, confusion, pain and despair that we experience when we suffer.

I have a great compassion for all people and this inspires me to want to help people in their suffering. I feel that counselling gives me that opportunity, because I have seen the positive impact that it can have on people's lives.

I am a fully qualified counsellor with 4 years of counselling training. I have experience of working with a range of different people, each facing their own unique problems.

Contact me today to arrange a free informal discussion.

Practice description

I provide in-person counselling in Swindon.

My counselling room is small and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and intimate private space, where we can talk with freedom and confidence.

It is ideally located in a modern office building just outside central Swindon. It is easiest to get to by car, with free car parking, but it can also be reached by public transport.

Every effort has been made to ensure that you have the best possible experience, from the moment you contact me, right through to the end of our final session together.

Online sessions are also available. Details of online sessions can be provided on request.

My first session

Contact me and I will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a free informal discussion.

The informal discussion will last around 30 minutes. It is free and you are under no obligation to book any counselling sessions.

It is an opportunity for us to meet and for me to find out a bit about you and what brings you to counselling. It also gives you the chance to ask me any questions you might have.

Informal discussions take place in my counselling room, but they can also be done online or over the telephone if you prefer.
