About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Fiona, a Counsellor & Outdoor Therapeutic Practitioner. I offer a confidential, inclusive and supportive space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and explore what is happening in your life at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is integrative, with a person-centred foundation. This means I draw on different therapeutic theories and ways of working, while keeping your individual needs, experiences and goals at the centre of our sessions. I understand that beginning counselling can feel like a significant and sometimes daunting step. You do not need to mask or be anything other than your true self; our work together will be guided by openness, respect and what feels meaningful for you.
I have experience supporting people with a range of issues, including trauma, abuse, loss and grief, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ experiences, OCD, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Whatever brings you to counselling, we can work together to understand your experiences, make sense of difficult feelings, and consider what may help you move forward.
Get in touch for a free initial chat and we can see if I'm the right person to support you. 🩷
