About me and my therapy practice
I seek to offer clients a warm, holding space where they can bring all parts of themselves and all their feelings without judgment.
Together we can work to reduce distress, bring clarity, and explore aspects of yourself perhaps you haven’t had the space or opportunity to sit with before.
I am an integrative therapist. This means that I can draw from many therapeutic methods to shape an approach that works for you.
As a therapist, I am not an expert holding all the answers. I am a guide and a witness walking alongside you, working collaboratively to help you discover your own truths. I work relationally, meaning that my relationship with a client is an important part of the work. Your feedback on what’s working – or isn’t – in our therapeutic relationship is vital.
I aim to work intersectionally, with an anti-oppressive lens, and with cultural humility.
Some of the psychotherapeutic modalities I draw from include:
- Liberation psychology
- Relational
- Psychodynamic
- Existential
- Person-centred
- Somatics/body psychotherapy
- Parts work (similar to Internal Family Systems)
Practice description
My practice is open to all.
However, many of my clients are those who experience some kind of othering or marginalisation based on their identity -- for example, people who are queer/LGBTQIA+, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour), disabled, neurodivergent (eg. autism, ADHD, AuDHD), trans, immigrants, or othered for a different reason.
Our lives, our stories, and our mental structures are influenced not only by the people who raised us but by the world around us. It is impossible to disentangle these wider systemic influences from who we are and our experiences.
I believe that our life experiences are impacted by our identities (gender, race, class, sexual orientation, disability, religion, neurodivergence, and many more) – and the therapy room is no exception.
I am queer- and trans-affirming.

I offer a free 15-minute call to explore how we might work together.
