About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Sagi, I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy. For me therapy is about having a calm, real space to unpack what you’ve been carrying, understand why things feel the way they do, and build genuine change at your own pace.
Integrative practice recognises that human lives are complex and varied, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw thoughtfully from modalities such as humanistic, relational, and psychodynamic traditions, adapting our sessions to fit your unique needs and lived experience. Grounded in open curiosity, empathy, and deep presence, my aim is to offer a supportive work. While open conversation forms the heart of our sessions, we can also integrate creative media whenever words alone feel insufficient to express complex or difficult emotions. As trust develops between us, I provide gentle challenges while always respecting your boundaries, to help you recognise limiting patterns, establish healthy boundaries, and discover fresh possibilities for your life.
Practice description
Whatever brings you to seek support at this moment, whether you are navigating a sudden life crisis, carrying the weight of long-held struggles, or simply feeling a gentle curiosity to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a thoughtful, compassionate environment where you can engage in your own personal work.
I cultivate a gentle, relaxed practice that honours where you are without any judgment or pressure to achieve. Adults of all backgrounds, identities, and neurodivergent experiences are genuinely welcomed. My practice is backed by solid clinical training and academic qualifications (Pursuing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy at The Minster Centre, following completion of the Diploma in Integrative Counselling. An MA in Labour Studies, and a BA in Behavioural Science), as well as rich experience in crisis intervention and psychosocial rehabilitation. As a fully accredited member of the BACP, I adhere strictly to their ethical framework, ensuring confidential, high-quality care. I work with individual adults (18+) on both a short-term and open-ended basis, offering weekly 50-minute sessions at my North London consulting room or online.
My first session
It takes genuine strength to begin talking to a therapist about your private life and struggles, so taking those first steps should feel as clear and comfortable as possible.
We begin with a complimentary 20-minute Zoom consultation. This initial conversation gives us a chance to meet, talk about what is bringing you to therapy, and discuss how we might work together to see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. If we decide to move forward, our first full 50-minute session will provide a dedicated, unhurried space to explore your background, history, and goals in greater depth. Held at a regular, fixed time each week, our sessions will move at a pace that feels safe and tailored to you, laying the groundwork for mutual trust and long-term emotional growth.
