About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified MBACP Counsellor, Positive Psychology Coach and Mental Wellbeing Advocate.

I spent 15 years working in corporate leadership, that experience helped me understand the mental struggles faced in the workplace.

I have worked with adults and young people providing therapeutic support. Although currently only offering online sessions my practise will soon be covering Bromley, Beckenham and Clapham.

In our sessions I provide the space to understand yourself, at your own pace, to pause, breathe and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

Sometimes we know that something doesn’t feel right, but we’re not quite sure why. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected from yourself or struggling with changes in your life, relationships or sense of identity. At other times, you may simply feel that you need somewhere to put down the weight of everything you’ve been carrying.

My role is to provide a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can be truly heard.

I will work alongside you to explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can begin to understand your experiences, emotions, relationships and patterns of thinking, and consider how your past and present may be influencing the way you experience yourself and the world around you.

I believe counselling is not about changing who you are, however it is about creating the space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your needs and begin to make choices that feel more authentic to you.

You don't have to arrive with all the answers.

Sometimes, the first step is simply having somewhere safe to begin.
