About me and my therapy practice

Welcome. Deciding to begin therapy can be a big step, and finding the right therapist can feel challenging; especially when going through a difficult time. You may being feeling confused, stuck, and unsure of how to cope with things, but I am here to help you through.

I believe that having a safe, inclusive and trusting relationship is the foundation to the therapy itself, and I endeavour to build that from the start. My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, person-centred and with CBT techniques. My approach looks at how you are being affected in your day to day, relationships, self-esteem and at work, with your needs at the forefront.

Our work together is collaborative; we will go at your pace and gently explore the underlying patterns and emotions that feel overwhelming. I am here to support you and offer the space to be vulnerable and accepted as you are, without judgement, and from here is how things begin to change.

Practice description

I offer short and long term therapy, with each session being 50 minutes. We can focus on a specific issue that you would like to talk about, or have more open ended therapy which invites a deeper exploration of emotions, history and ongoing issues.

Sessions are available in person and online to suit your needs.

As an integrative counsellor, I support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, burnout, self-esteem, identity, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

I work as a neurodivergence specialist counsellor within a secondary school, and I have a particular interest in offering support to parents and adults who are late diagnosed or identify as neurodivergent.

Life can feel heavy, and I am here to support you through it, one step at a time.

My first session
