About me and my therapy practice
Are your current thoughts, feelings, or behaviours getting in the way of your daily life and relationships?
Hello, I'm Fiona and from personal experience I know how daunting taking the first step toward support can be, but you don’t need to face this alone.
My counselling approach is person centred, meaning I provide a safe, inclusive, supportive and judgement free space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions in more depth.
If this resonates, you can book an initial free 20 minute appointment with me as a place to explore whether we could build a therapeutic relationship together and to answer any queries or questions you may have.
