About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I'm Lesley from Artissa Counselling. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by the pressure to hold everything together, you are in the right place. I work with adults from all walks of life who are navigating anxiety, burnout, or major life changes. I provide a deeply respectful space where you don't have to pretend you are okay.
Practice description
Counselling is never "one-size-fits-all." I draw from different tools so you shape how we work. I focus on anxiety, burnout, and LGBTQI+ affirmative therapy. I am highly passionate about neurodiversity-affirming support for high-functioning ADHD individuals, especially women navigating menopause or a late-in-life diagnosis (or suspected diagnosis).
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don't have to carry this heavy weight alone anymore. Our sessions will always move entirely at your own pace, with zero judgment. When you feel ready, please send me a message to book a free, informal introductory call. We can chat about what you need, and see if we feel like a good fit.
