Availability
I currently have availability for new clients. I work with young people aged 16+ and all adults – I have in-person availability on Thursday and Saturday mornings in Bristol and online availability on Wednesday and Friday. I offer both short- and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.
About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, my name is Joleen. Therapy can feel like a big step, especially when things feel overwhelming. Struggling with your mental health can be very isolating. Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing where to begin, and choosing the right therapist can feel daunting.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Being seen, believed and supported can help a lot. You don’t have to manage everything on your own. Being listened to and feeling understood can bring relief and help you move forward. Therapy can give you a safe space, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgement.
I have experience working with people from all walks of life and tailor my approach to your unique needs at a pace that feels right to you, to find a counselling style that works for you.
This space is just for you.
