About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Gemma, and I'm passionate about offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, something that's often missing in a world focused on doing.
Starting counselling can feel daunting, but I'm here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey
Practice description
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different counselling theories to suit your unique needs - no two people are the same. At the heart of my practice is a humanistic core, where you can explore your experiences and tap into your own capacity for growth.
