About me and my therapy practice
Transpersonal & Integrative Counsellor | Spiritual & Inner Growth
If you find yourself at an existential crossroads, navigating a profound spiritual transition, or feeling that standard talk therapy doesn't quite reach the deeper layers of your experience, you do not have to carry the weight alone. Real growth often brings us into unfamiliar inner terrains, where emotional capacity, personal identity, and spiritual awakening meet.
How I Work
As a Registered Member of the BACP holding a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies, I bridge grounded emotional processing with spiritual depth. My practice focuses on helping you expand your emotional capacity to support your spiritual maturity, giving you a compassionate, safe container to make sense of life’s heavy or uncertain transitions.
Rather than applying a rigid formula, my approach is integrative, collaborative, and non-dogmatic. I draw on:
- Transpersonal & Existential Therapy: Exploring meaning, purpose, and consciousness.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working gently with different internal parts and inner landscapes.
- Practical Reflections: Tailored readings and reflections between sessions to support your integration outside our work together.
Taking the First Step
Starting therapy should feel grounding, supportive, and aligned with your authentic path. In our first session, we will gently explore where you currently find yourself, what you hope to navigate, and how we can work together to restore your sense of wholeness and direction.
Practice description
What to Expect From Our Work Together
Entering therapy with me is a collaborative process where your inner world is met with warmth, deep listening, and professional clarity. My practice provides a grounded, supportive container for individuals seeking meaningful emotional and spiritual development, rather than generic quick fixes.
What Sessions Look Like
Our sessions are dialogue-based, reflective, and tailored to your unique rhythm. Rather than imposing a rigid clinical formula, we explore the deeper layers of your experience together. In practice, our work often includes:
• Mapping Inner Landscapes: Making sense of the emotional patterns, life transitions, and spiritual shifts you are currently navigating.
• Parts Work (IFS): Gently identifying and understanding different internal parts of yourself, helping resolve inner conflict and expand your emotional capacity.
• Meaning & Integration: Processing existential questions or spiritual awakenings and translating your insights into everyday grounded living.
• Between-Session Reflections: Where helpful, I suggest light readings, journaling prompts, or simple exercises to support your growth between appointments.
Practical Details
• Format: Confidential 60-minute online video sessions, allowing you to access depth therapy from the privacy of your own space.
• Structure: We can work together in focused short-term blocks (such as an 8-session package) or open-ended ongoing sessions, tailored to your goals.
Getting Started
I offer a free 30-minute introductory video conversation. This gives us space to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have about my transpersonal approach, and see if working together feels like the right fit for your journey.
To book your free introductory call or learn more, please visit my website calendar or send an enquiry through this directory.
My first session
What Happens in Our First Session?
Our first full 60-minute session is structured as a gentle, collaborative initial assessment. It offers a warm, safe space to explore your broader life context and ensure our work together is tailored to your unique needs.
During this session, we will explore:
• What Brings You Here: Your current life situation, challenges, and core goals for therapy.
• Your Background & History: Key aspects of your upbringing, family dynamics, and significant relationships.
• Whole-Person Wellbeing: Your physical health, lifestyle, interests, and creative outlets.
• Faith, Spirituality & Values: Your personal beliefs, spiritual experiences, or existential worldview, ensuring your core values guide our journey.
Gathering your history helps us illuminate hidden patterns, systemic influences, or underlying issues that may be impacting your life outside your current awareness. My holistic approach allows us to honour your entire story, not just surface symptoms, giving us a rich, safe foundation for our transpersonal work together.
