About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor working with adolescents, young adults and adults, with particular interests in neurodivergence, expat and multicultural identity, and technology and digital wellbeing.
My approach is person-centred, grounded in humanistic principles, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe every experience is individual and subjective, and the relationship we build is at the heart of our work. With curiosity and without judgement, I focus on understanding what brings you to counselling and helping you identify and advocate for your needs.
I work integratively, drawing on:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- The Unified Protocol for emotional disorders
- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
My practice is also informed by my research into young people and technology, and by my many years of living and working internationally, including as a parent abroad. My work is clinically supervised, and I follow the ethical frameworks of the BACP, SGfB and ACA.
Special interests:
Neurodivergence & ADHD: executive functioning strategies, emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitive dysphoria, self-esteem and identity, late diagnosis adjustment, relationships and communication
Identity, belonging & the evolving self: adolescence and young adulthood, parenthood transitions, expat adjustment and cultural identity, career change and purpose, grief and loss of identity, relationship and family change
Qualifications:
- MA Counseling – Webster University, Geneva
- BSc (Hons) Psychology – The Open University
- Neurodiversity in the Therapy Room – NSNS, Switzerland
Professional memberships:
- BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
- SGfB – Swiss Association for Counselling

Practice description
Every person’s mind, history and circumstances are different, so I tailor my work to you. I respect and support the many ways people think, feel and experience the world. Sessions combine understanding and processing with practical skills you can use in everyday life, at school, at work and at home.
Working with me, you can expect reliability, consistency and a safe space to explore difficult topics you may not have had the chance to talk about before. I offer non-judgemental support, and I will also gently challenge assumptions that may be holding you back. This is a space to understand yourself, heal from past challenges and grow, alongside pragmatic strategies to help you reach the goals you set for yourself.
My core values:
- Unconditional positive regard
- Genuine curiosity
- Belief in your potential
Languages & perspective:
Having lived and worked in London, Brussels, Madrid, New York, Nice, Sydney and Zurich, I understand what it means to move between cultures, and I bring a deep respect for identity, transition and belonging.
