About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome~
I work clinically with high performers and high achievers.
I came from 25 years in a fast-paced, high-octane professional world myself.
External success rather often cohabits with internal difficulties, conflicts and distress.
Your and my focus together is to calmly gain clarity on what any bumps in the road- however sized- you are currently navigating represent, and to steady you towards more serenity.
I'm both a psychodynamic psychotherapist and a psychoanalytic/systemic exec coach. This means we work with how you currently relate to yourself, to your own agency/authority, and to others around you, and with how you want all that to feel.
We would discuss together what kind of cadence and time-span of input your situation may most benefit from.
My qualifications are psychodynamic and systemic, from the Tavistock NHS Foundation Trust.
Advanced doctoral psychoanalytic qualification - focussing on the secret weapon psychotherapy confers CEOs and senior leaders - is also on-going, with the British Psychotherapy Foundation/University of Exeter, leading to accreditation with the British Psychoanalytic Council.
