Practice description
A Safe Space to Feel Heard, Understood and Supported.
Approach: Integrative counselling, Person-Centred, CBT and Transactional Analysis
A warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, recognise relationship patterns and begin to find your own voice.
I have extensive experience supporting young people with autism, ADHD and anxiety.
I am particularly passionate about supporting adults who are struggling in their relationships, whether with a romantic partner, spouse, parents, children or other important people in their lives.
I have over ten years of experience supporting children and young people with additional needs in educational settings. I also have experience working with young people and adults through counselling services and charitable organisations.
My background has given me a particular understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, especially when managing anxiety, emotions, social situations and relationships.
In our sessions, we can gently explore your experiences, feelings and relationship patterns. Together, we can work towards helping you understand yourself better, recognise your needs and develop healthier ways of relating to others.
I work integratively, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA).
My approach is warm, empathic and collaborative. I will listen without judgement and work alongside you at your own pace.
