About me and my therapy practice

I help people who feel they're never good enough. If you're sick of shame telling you that you don't matter, that you don't fit in or you're messing up, you’re so welcome here. I offer a safe, judgement-free space for you to be unapologetically yourself, where you truly belong and are accepted for who you are.

Shame and self-doubt live in our bodies as much as in our minds so I take a holistic approach, offering clients the option of using yoga and mindfulness as part of the sessions if they choose.

The counselling I offer is person-centred, based on the idea that the ability to grow and heal is already within you, you just need the right conditions to thrive – such as empathy, total acceptance and openness. I believe this approach is perfect for working with shame and low self-esteem because it affirms you, gradually builds self-trust, empowers you to make your own choices and helps you grow in confidence and self-awareness.
