About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood, and explore your difficulties at your own pace.
I take a collaborative and individualised approach to therapy, recognising that everyone's experiences and needs are different. I aim to understand not only the difficulties you are are facing, but also the wider circumstances that may be affecting your wellbeing, including work, relationships, financial pressures and physical health.
I support clients experiencing anxiety and depression, including low self-esteem, stress, work-related difficulties, and grief. Together we can expore the challenges you are facing, develop a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, and identify practical strategies to help you cope and move forward.
I believe therapy should be tailored to you, taking account of your personal circustances, strengths and goals. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you feel supported to explore your experiences, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
