About me and my therapy practice
Welcome & How You Might Be Feeling
If you are feeling overwhelmed, constantly exhausted or stuck in cycles of anxiety and self-doubt, taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting. Perhaps you are navigating life transitions, managing high stressor struggling with feelings of not being "enough." You don't have to navigate these challenges alone.
My Approach to Therapy
As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and be genuinely heard. My work combines humanistic, relational and affirmative practices. This means we work together at your pace, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs rather than trying to fit you into a one-size-fits-all box.
Who I Work With & Areas of Focus
I work with adult individuals (18+) across the UK offering remote online therapy. My practice frequently supports clients working through:
• Anxiety, Stress & Burnout: Managing racing thoughts, physical tension or perfectionism.
• Identity & Life Transitions: Navigating personal growth, self-acceptance and meaningful life changes.
• Self-Esteem & Relationship Dynamics: Building healthier boundaries, self-compassion and confidence.
What to Expect in Our First Session
Starting therapy is an investment in yourself. Our initial session is a gentle, relaxed conversation to explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain and to see if we feel like a good fit working together.
Next Steps
I offer online sessions via secure video link. If you would like to explore working together, please get in touch via email or the contact form to arrange an initial consultation.
Practice description
Welcome.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, constantly exhausted or navigating a period of deep uncertainty, taking the step to explore therapy can feel daunting. You might be struggling with anxiety, burnout or a sense that you are carrying too much alone. Whether you are navigating life transitions, exploring your identity or simply looking for a quiet space to be heard without judgment, you do not have to figure it out by yourself.
How I Work
As an integrative psychotherapist, I provide a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space where we can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. My approach is humanistic and affirmative. Rather than trying to fit you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all model, we work together to understand your unique lived experience and build strategies that feel meaningful to you.
Areas of Focus & Specialisms
I work with adult individuals (18+) across the UK offering remote online therapy via Teams. My practice routinely supports clients in the following areas:
• LGBTQIA+ & GSRD Affirmative Practice: A validating, safe space to explore gender identity, sexual orientation, coming out or minority stress without needing to justify who you are.
• Anxiety, Stress & Burnout: Managing racing thoughts, high pressure, perfectionism and emotional fatigue.
• Identity & Life Transitions: Navigating major life changes, building self-compassion and developing healthier boundaries.
What to Expect
Starting therapy is an investment in your well-being. Our initial session is an easy, relaxed conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain and to see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please feel free to send me a message through the contact form above.

What to Expect in Our First Session
Taking the step to start therapy can bring up a mix of relief and nervousness. Our initial session is designed to be a gentle, low-pressure space where we can get to know each other and see if working together feels right for you.
How the First Session Works
During our first 50-minute session, we will:
• Explore What Brings You to Therapy: We will discuss the current challenges, feelings or life events you are navigating, as well as what you hope to gain from our work together.
• Review Practicalities & Working Agreement: We will briefly go over our working agreement (confidentiality, session timings and practical arrangements) to ensure you feel informed and secure.
• Gentle Assessment: I will ask a few gentle background questions to understand your broader context, health and safety needs, without making the space feel clinical or rigid.
• Decide on Next Steps: Towards the end of the session, we will check in on how the space felt for you. There is no pressure to commit immediately; you are welcome to take time to decide if you would like to proceed with regular sessions.
If you have any questions before booking your first session, please feel free to send me an inquiry through the contact form above.
