About me and my therapy practice

I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, qualified to Master's level. My practice is depth-focused, drawing on psychodynamic and existential approaches to explore both your immediate experience and the underlying patterns shaping your life. I see therapy as a collaborative process: we move at your pace, discussing and adapting how we work as we go along.

I work with individuals who feel caught in difficult dynamics with others, and within themselves. That might mean struggling with self-criticism, finding it difficult to say no without intense guilt, or feeling exhausted from managing everyone else's needs. Sometimes, we lose touch with our own feelings and experiences, particularly if there doesn't seem to be space for them in our relationships and daily lives.

I believe that how we relate to ourselves and how we relate to others are closely interlinked. I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore your inner and outer relationships and to reconnect with aspects of yourself that may have become hidden or disconnected. We can incorporate imaginative work, body awareness and dream exploration alongside talking therapy when things are hard to put into words.

Practice description

Practicalities and locations

I work individually with adult clients (18+) on an open-ended basis. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly at a regular time. Face-to-face sessions take place in quiet, comfortable therapy rooms in Chiswick or Richmond (both within easy walking distance of local tube stations). I also work with clients online, across the UK.

Qualifications and Experience

My core therapeutic qualification is an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton (Distinction). Prior to this I completed an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and additional training in supporting adults with autism.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor with a specialist charity supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse. I welcome clients who are navigating the long-term impact of early trauma, as well as those working through broader relationship and life challenges.

Professional Standards

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework. I hold full professional indemnity insurance and am registered with the ICO for data protection.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute online appointment to discuss broadly what you are hoping for from therapy, practical details such as timing and location, and to get an idea of what working together would be like.

If we decide to proceed, the first full session will involve talking about what has brought you to therapy, what is currently happening in your life, and any context which feels relevant. You don't need to prepare anything beforehand, or know exactly what you want from therapy. This may well evolve and become clearer as we go along.
