About me and my therapy practice
My counselling service is designed to support adult individuals and couples who are struggling with life changing challenges.
Many people have worked with me over the years who have been feeling lost, alone and misunderstood and I focus on offering a space where I not only listen to clients but really hear them and their internal struggles, which they may find difficult to articulate verbally.
From experience I believe that the success of the therapeutic process relies on you finding the right person to work with who enables you to speak openly.
I support concerns including grief and the loss of a loved one; relationship and communication issues; fertility difficulties; low confidence and self esteem; panic and stress; depression and self harm; trauma and bullying and recurring childhood memories. I also offer social coaching for people who have been diagnosed with Autism.

Practice description
As your Counsellor, we can work together in a safe environment to explore and help you to understand why you felt challenged, to help you to feel happier and more confident and reducing the impact and the chance of the same problems repeating themselves.Clients say, being listened to and able to talk in a confidential, warm, trusting environment and encouraged to challenge their thinking has really helped them.
Outcome measures completed at the start and end of the process are showing that clients are finding the work helpful in gaining positive and real change with issues around depression and anxiety.
