About me and my therapy practice
My practice is currently entirely online, and I offer sessions via Teams WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, or telephone—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone.
I am a registered and accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience. I work psychodynamically, as well as other modalities which means we can gently explore both past and present experiences to help you understand what may be shaping how you feel today. This approach can support deeper, more lasting change at your own pace.
I aim to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you and find a way forward that feels right.
I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I will walk alongside you, supporting you as you discover your own understanding, choices, and direction.
Practice description
The idea of therapy is to explore your thoughts and feeling that can be scary. I am aware that seeking help might not be easy. We all experience challenges and difficulties in life.
I provide short focused based sessions and long-term therapy
An initial appointment is offered as soon as possible after our first contact. During that meeting, we will discuss the issues that you believe are most important to you and assess how we might work together.

Availability
I have been a registered member since 2009 and gained accreditation with the BACP adhering to current guidelines. I am currently working as an experienced EAP organisation and EAP provider online telephone and video sessions using the Psychodynamic approach.
I work with counsellors at all stages of their Professional therapist journey whether in training, in placement or based within Organisations or Private Practice. My Supervision practice puts your relationship with your client at the forefront of consideration and is informed by the 7 eyed Model of Supervision which explores the various factors that can impact that relationship.I believe that effective Supervision is collaborative, supportive and encouraging in order to empower therapists to take ownership of their own client work with confidence. As therapists we work hard to offer our clients the best possible space and presence in which to explore their struggles and Supervisees both deserve and need these same conditions in order to work safely and effectively for both themselves and clients. Supervision supports Counsellors to grow and develop as practitioners, maintain career longevity, avoid Burnout and stay accountable to our Professional and Ethical standards
I am available Mondays and Fridays 9-5
About me and my therapy practice
For the past 15 years, I have dedicated myself to the supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists across various modalities and areas. I have wide and varied experience in my online EAP client work, which I have found helpful in my supervisory role. My focus is always to keep my supervisee and their clients safe.
As a supervisor, I can understand the varying possible conflicts of interest that could arise when you are an affiliate counsellor working with online and EAP clients.
I can help you face the challenges of ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
Working online you might find you have to manage a heavy caseload and this balance can be difficult, I can help you to build a balanced ‘internal supervisor’ and to assist with making decisions based on good practice.
