As an EMDR Accredited Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist, I support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, intrusive memories, burnout and difficult life experiences. EMDR is an evidence-based approach designed to help process distressing experiences in a safer and more adaptive way.

I also have specialist Children, Young People and Families training in DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) and currently practise as a DDP-informed Systemic Psychotherapist. Level 2 DDP-informed practitioner training will be completed in 2026.

Alongside therapy, I offer Clinical Supervision, organisational consultation, psychoeducational workshops, wellbeing training and trauma-informed practice support, particularly within frontline, safeguarding, healthcare and multi-agency environments.

A 30-minute telephone consultation and basic assessment is required prior to commencing therapy.

Initial Telephone Consultation (up to 30 minutes): £35

This consultation offers an opportunity to discuss your presenting needs, explore whether my therapeutic approach feels appropriate for you, and complete a brief initial assessment before arranging ongoing sessions.

To begin ongoing therapy, a “week in advance” payment approach is used. An advance payment equivalent to two sessions (minimum £140 for standard adult therapy) is required at the start of therapy to secure both the first and final session.

Session fees are payable at least 48 hours prior to attendance.

The advance payment may also be used in the event of cancellations made outside of the agreed 48-hour notice period. Please note that refunds are not available once sessions have been booked.

Therapy requires emotional commitment, consistency and readiness for reflective work. Whilst therapy can be highly supportive and transformative, private psychotherapy is not a crisis intervention or emergency mental health service. If you are experiencing significant distress or require urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Primary Care services or emergency services where appropriate.

I have specialist Children, Young People and Families training in DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) and currently practise as a DDP-informed Systemic Psychotherapist. Level 2 DDP-informed practitioner training will be completed in 2026.

I am also an EMDR UK Accredited Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist, supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, attachment difficulties and distressing life experiences through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

To secure therapeutic work, payment for the initial and final session is requested in advance. This advance payment is retained should appointments be cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
