About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative psychotherapist based in Kentish Town, North London, and I have been working with clients for more than twenty years. I support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties and the challenges that can come with life transitions. I also work closely with people who have been diagnosed with autism or ADHD later in life.
A central part of my work is helping people understand how their early attachment experiences continue to shape their relationships, emotional patterns and sense of self. I also work with a biopsychosocial view, which simply means we look at the whole picture, your nervous system, your personal history, your relationships, and your environment.
I trained at The Minster Centre, completing an Advanced Diploma, an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and later a Diploma in Clinical Supervision. I am registered with UKCP and a member of BACP. Over the years I have worked in GP surgeries, women’s centres and private practice, and I have studied group dynamics at the Institute of Group Analysis.
All of this informs the work I do and supports the level of care, thought and experience behind my fee.
Practice description
Our early relationships shape so much, how we cope, how we connect, how we deal with stress, and how we understand ourselves. They also influence how we respond to big life shifts, endings, transitions and loss.
In our work together, we look at your experiences through both an attachment and a biopsychosocial lens. This means we make space for:
• your early relationships and what they taught you
• your emotional and psychological patterns
• how your body and nervous system respond to stress
• your relationships, environment and identity
• what unfolds between us in the therapy room
Therapy with me is steady, collaborative and taken at a pace that feels right for you. My job is to help you understand the patterns that once helped you cope but might now be keeping you stuck, and to support you as you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My first session
During our first session I will want to know why you are seeking therapy at this time, as well as a little of your personal history.
Therapy works best when it is a collaborative process, so the best predictor for a good therapeutic outcome is the relationship formed between client and therapist. This is a very personal and subjective feeling, so it is important that you come away from our first session with a sense of whether you can open up with me or not. If you don't feel that I am the right therapist for you then I will happily refer you to others who you might click with.
If you are wondering if therapy could help you, we can arrange an initial exploratory consultation with no obligation to continue. First sessions are charged at my usual rate.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees who are looking for a thoughtful and supportive place to explore their work. My style is warm, collaborative and grounded in curiosity. I see supervision as a shared space where we can think together about your clients, your responses and the relational processes unfolding between you.
My supervision is informed by Integrative training, attachment theory and a biopsychosocial understanding of emotional life. This means we look at the whole picture, the client’s early relationships, the patterns that shape their behaviour, the ways their body responds to stress, and the wider context influencing their wellbeing. We also explore what is being activated in you as the therapist, and what this might be telling us about the client’s experience.
I have more than twenty years of clinical experience, and I aim to offer a supervisory relationship that feels steady, containing and open. It is a space where you can bring uncertainty, complexity, mistakes and questions, and where together we can find clarity and direction.
I work with supervisees supporting clients with trauma, grief, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression and neurodiversity, especially those diagnosed with autism or ADHD in adulthood. I enjoy helping therapists deepen their relational understanding, develop their clinical voice and feel anchored in their work.
