About me and my therapy practice

Often it is difficult to share our thoughts with those who know us most, or we can feel disconnected when faced with challenges and difficulties.  I am  passionate about providing a collaborative, safe and confidential service to those recognizing that they need a secure therapy space to talk through worries and concerns, traumatic experiences or life's crossroads. My aim is to help you move to a more balanced, purposeful, and meaningful lifestyle. Person Centred is my way of being but sometimes I adapt to your specific needs and work using CBT, solution focused and mindfulness  approaches. I have a wide experience of working with relationship difficulties, workplace concerns, grief and loss, emotional distress and dealing with change, transition and trauma. I have successfully completed a recognized EMDR course (Part 3) and I am now an EMDR therapist in training.  Working globally has given me a very broad experience of supporting a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds  across the world and in the UK, and I am committed to make my services affordable but most of all, helpful. It’s good to talk! Counselling Helps!

Practice description

First and foremost I am a caring, professional and flexible therapist helping to make a positive difference to you.  I follow an evidence based approach using comprehensive contracting documentation and measuring tools to help you to move forward.  I do not use Artificial Intelligence in my practice.  I currently have 2.300 hours plus of evidence based face to face counselling experience over the past 15 years.  Within the first three sessions I work together with you to establish the goals that you wish to achieve.  I will continue to work with you as long as it is helpful to do so. Currently I am providing sessions via In-Person in Ealing or secure GoogleMeet/Zoom for video sessions. My current  rate is £70  per 60 minute session.  If money is really hard to come by, or if you are on benefits I also have two low cost slots via Video per week which are currently available.
