About me and my therapy practice
The work we do together will help you enhance your confidence and increase your self-esteem, manage self doubt and overcome difficulties so you can enjoy life more.

How I work
I’m warm and compassionate, and I offer supportive space in which you can get to know yourself better, understand what makes you tick and impacts you, and gain important emotional life skills so you can live in a way that feels really satisfying.
I start with the premise that you're the expert on you, that we're equals on a journey and that I am walking alongside to support and help draw your attention to things you may not have considered yet.
I believe in the tremendous capacity we have to know ourselves through connection with our intuition, and am likely to invite you to explore mindfulness and ‘tuning in’ to your physical experience as a way of connecting deeply with yourself.
Other things we may work on include: using and managing your anger well, limiting the power of your critical voice, overcoming self doubt, setting boundaries, and connecting with, and trusting, your inner voice.
I bring together both therapist and coaching skills to support you to achieve your personal development aims.
Practice description
I bring my full self to my work; I’m passionate, feisty and I walk my talk. I care deeply about the importance of women leading lives that satisfy us rather than being so caught up looking after others we neglect ourselves.
With feminist tendencies and a profound dislike of misogyny I’ll accompany, and be rooting for you as you explore yourself and take steps on the journey to leading life as your full and magnificent self!
I am passionate about nature and her power to support our wellbeing day to day. I offer turn to the natural world for metaphor and inspiration to enliven and enhance our work together.
My first session
This is a chance to meet and talk about the things that are leading you to consider therapy or coaching and explore how I might help. We can see whether we feel comfortable together and I'll answer any questions you have and explain how we might proceed.
Initial sessions take place on Zoom and are charged for.
Ahead of our initial session we will have a brief chat on the phone so I can answer any questions and set up a date to meet.
