About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Jonny. I’m a psychotherapist who works with brilliant, thoughtful people (like you). Therapy with me is about making sense of the mess, the mood swings, the “why am I like this?” moments. We talk. We laugh (sometimes). We gently poke at the hard stuff—grief, identity, low self-worth, burnout—and figure out what’s underneath. My style? Calm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I won’t sit in silence and nod. I’ll ask questions, offer thoughts, and help you connect with the emotions that are quietly running the show.
I work with people who feel a bit stuck, a bit lost, or just a bit “what even is this?” I specialise in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent professionals who are juggling too much and feeling too little. We’ll make sense of things together—without judgement, jargon, or awkward silences.
Practice description
I’m an accredited psychotherapist with years of private practice under my belt. I’ve worked in the NHS, led teams of therapists, and even lectured at a proper university. I bring experience, empathy, and a deep respect for the people I work with. If you’re ready to talk, I’ll be here—via video call, with curiosity, compassion, and a space that’s just for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I have Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision and I am a qualified Person Centred Experiential Therapy (PCET) Supervisor with over 8 years experience of supervising a broad range of counselling and psychotherapy practitioners. This has included working with experienced therapists, newly qualified developing practitioners and trainee counsellors on placements.
Practice description
I see counselling supervision as a space to reflect upon and challenge you own therapeutic practice. I believe you should feel save to explore your own vulnerabilities so that you can continuously strive to improve your clinical practice at whatever stage you are in your career.
I offer a flexible supervisory space that will be guided by you. I will seek to challenge where appropriate and help you explore any ethical challenges you are experiencing to help consider appropriate ways forward.
