About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel exhausting when it seems like you are constantly holding everything together. You may lie awake replaying events, feel responsible for others, or give so much that your own needs get overlooked. Over time, this can leave you tense, anxious, or unsure how to slow down.
Many people come to therapy noticing patterns that leave them drained or stuck, even if they cannot quite put their finger on it. Therapy is a space to slow down, notice what is happening, and begin to feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself.
I work in a relational, person-centred way, offering a consistent, patient presence so you can explore challenges at your own pace. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Together, we’ll notice what is happening in your mind, body, and relationships, helping you feel more in touch with what matters to you.
Practice description
In our sessions, we focus on what matters most to you. Therapy is collaborative, and you set the pace and choose what to explore. My role is to understand life from your perspective and support you as you make sense of patterns, relationships, and challenges that feel stuck.
We work by noticing not only thoughts and feelings, but also how your body experiences tension or stress. This helps many people feel relief from overthinking, gain clarity on priorities, and start to feel more balanced day to day.
I work with people who feel pulled in all directions, pushed to achieve, or exhausted by responsibilities. Together, we explore these patterns and help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life. Sessions are flexible to your needs, whether navigating change, coping with ongoing pressures, or simply needing space to be heard.
My first session
Your first session is a chance to see what therapy feels like and whether we are a good fit. We start by talking about what brought you here, what you hope to get from therapy, and practical details such as session format or frequency.
You do not need to have all the answers. Many people find it helpful just to begin noticing what is happening for them. I provide a steady, supportive presence so you can feel comfortable exploring challenges and patterns at your own pace.
Together, we can make sense of what feels stuck and explore ways to feel lighter, calmer, and clearer. You are welcome to reach out and arrange a first session or a free introductory call to see if this feels right for you.
