Experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist | Anxiety, Confidence, Relationships & Emotional Abuse

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or no longer quite like yourself?

Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety or overthinking, your confidence has taken a knock, or you're finding it difficult to understand why you keep repeating certain patterns in your relationships.

Maybe you've experienced emotional or narcissistic abuse and are now questioning yourself, your judgement or your ability to trust others.

Or perhaps life has simply become difficult to manage and you know that something needs to change, but you're not sure where to begin.

You don't have to work it all out on your own.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 18 years' experience. I provide a warm, confidential and genuinely non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing without fear of being judged.

My role is to work alongside you, helping you understand yourself and what may be happening beneath the surface, while developing practical strategies that can support you both during therapy and beyond.

A therapist with extensive experience

Over the past 18 years, I have worked with people in a wide range of settings, including NHS IAPT, Employee Assistance Programmes, corporate mental health services and private practice.

I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional and narcissistic abuse, bereavement, addiction, traumatic life experiences and difficulties associated with ADHD, autism and neurodiversity.

You don't need to have a diagnosis or even know exactly what is wrong before seeking counselling.

Sometimes you simply know that you don't feel like yourself anymore.

That's enough of a reason to reach out.

Practice description

Therapy tailored around you

I work integratively, which means I don't believe therapy should be a "one size fits all" experience.

Every person brings a different history, personality, situation and set of needs. I therefore draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Solution-Focused Therapy, alongside Mindfulness and Coaching techniques.

Together, we can explore what approach is most helpful for you.

Some clients benefit from a focused, practical approach to a specific difficulty. Others want to understand deeper patterns that have developed over many years.

Emotional and narcissistic abuse

Boundaries and people-pleasing
