About me and my therapy practice
I integrate counselling and a dynamic coaching style relationship, with powerful techniques such as hypnotherapy, EFT, yoga therapy, mindfulness and meditation, somatic movement, theta healing and energy healing to help us move through stuck emotions and unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.
This allows for a creative and holistic approach to support your mental health and well-being, by ensuring we are not just relying on talking via the conscious brain... because so many of the unhelpful patterns are unconscious.
Sometimes we are clear what is causing the suffering, other times it feels like a muddled heap of mess. My compassionate and warm approach can help you to make sense of your situation, gain deeper clarity and understanding, and ultimately help to free yourself from the depths of your suffering.
My intention is to support you to feel more empowered and back in control of your life, your emotions and your experiences.
I can help you to reconnect with lost parts of yourself, strengthen your own internal resources, and teach you new techniques that will support your growth.
I have a personal interest in nutrition, health and wellness, and Eastern philosophies (especially around Buddhist & Vedic teachings), with have a regular yoga and meditation practice, all of which influence my work and approach.
