About me and my therapy practice
Compassionate and non-judgemental person-centred counsellor with over 12 years experience of working with people with anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, low self-confidence and questioning identity/sexuality. I will provide you with a safe and empathic space where we can explore together your anxieties, feelings and concerns at your own pace. I believe by processing your emotions and worries can lead to you gaining personal insights and a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences or situations. By untangling these uncertainties can give you a clearer view of your experiences and support you with steps towards feeling less anxious and more in control of your life decisions. I have worked in a diversity of counselling settings including public services mental health and co-facilitating and clinical supervision in an educational setting.
