About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Polly and I am a person-centred counsellor with several years experience in NHS Primary Care as a Counsellor in GP Practices working face to face. I was a Cruse Bereavement Volunteer for five years and have also worked as a volunteer in a College of Further Education.

Practice description
Counselling sessions are generally weekly. All sessions are one hour long.
My first session
I understand the courage and effort it can take to initially make contact with a counsellor. We can arrange a telephone call if you would find that useful prior to booking an appointment with me.
The first appointment is an assessment appointment - this is when I gather information from you including what brings you to counselling now and what you hope to get from counselling.
