About me and my therapy practice
About Me
With over 20 years’ experience supporting children and young people, I specialise in working with those facing mental health, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This includes individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, risky behaviours, and neurodiverse children with co-existing mental health needs. I also have extensive expertise in supporting those at risk of exclusion, involvement in crime, or within the criminal justice system.
I provide tailored therapy sessions using an Integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness, meditation, CBT-focused strategies, and talking therapy. As a fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor using Art, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

I am dedicated to empowering young people to overcome challenges and reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Practice description
I work face to face and can also make adjustments for young people who otherwise feel more comfortable to engage via home visits, virtual or telephone conversation.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer an initial consultation to assess the needs of your child taking into account mental health presentation and environmental factors to formulate a plan which will be explained in detail.
