About me and my therapy practice
I have been practising as an integrative psychotherapist for 28 years. During this time I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, family separation and estrangement. I have a particular interest in working with childlessness whether it be infertility or or the childfree choice. Being a parent can also be very demanding so I am interested in working with those who might find this role complex to manage. I am also interest in the those who facing the opportunities and challenges of ageing and how to explore this new life stage.Practice description
I provide a 50 minute session where you can explore whatever it is you want to bring. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important. I will always treat your concerns with respect and curiosity and i am committed to helping you to find your own solutions or to find ways to accept your situation.My first session
I charge the same fee for the first session but will also provide a phone call prior to the first session to explore any concerns or questions you may have.What I can help with

I have been working as a clinical supervisor since 2012 and I trained at the Minster Centre in London. I have worked with experienced psychotherapists and counsellors, as well as newly qualified and student counsellors/psychotherapists. I also have experience of working with groups in organisational settings and in my private practice.Practice description
I have been trained to work as an integrative supervisor and I used the 7 eyed model. This means that I am interested in the relationship between you and your client, our supervisee/supervisor relationship as well my own responses so that I can provide an overview of the process.
My first session
I provide a preliminary free telephone call where discuss the logistics of our meeting and it is a time for you to ask any questions you might have to decide whether I am the right supervisor for you.

I work from my home in an dedicated consulting room. I have been trained to work as an integrative supervisor and I used the 7 eyed model. This means that I am interested in the relationship between you and your client, our supervisee/supervisor relationship as well my own responses so that I can provide an overview of the process.
My first session
I offer an introductory phone call for potential supervisses to aks any questions they might have about supervision. We weill also discuss the logistics of how and when we meet.
