About me and my therapy practice
Hi and welcome. I specialise in supporting women with miscarriage, fertility issues, IVF, & infertility. Alongside my professional expertise, I have personal lived experience of these issues.
Having experienced miscarriage, and lived through the fertility journey and IVF myself, I know first hand how difficult and painful these things can be - and how they can impact every area of your life.
Miscarriage & Baby Loss
Miscarriage can be incredibly painful and lonely. The emotional impact can be multi-layered, including grief, shock, guilt, anger, and a sense that your world has shifted in ways you didn’t expect.
You might be navigating physical recovery and possible trauma, alongside the deeply painful grief of the baby you have lost and the life you had imagined with them in it. For some women, miscarriage also brings questions about identity, fears about the future, and strain on relationships or intimacy.
Therapy offers a supportive space to process what has happened, explore the impact, and find your footing again. It’s not about moving on, but it’s about honouring and acknowledging your loss, so you can gradually learn to integrate it into your life.
Fertility Challenges, IVF, and Infertility
The fertility journey is one of the most emotionally challenging experiences a woman can face. It can affect every part of life: your sense of identity, your relationships, your confidence, your mental health, and your hopes for the future.
I support women through all stages of the fertility journey, including:
- Difficulties conceiving naturally
- IVF, IUI, ICSI and other treatments
- Pregnancy after loss
- Using donor eggs, sperm or embryos
- Navigating uncertainty and waiting
- Learning to cope with the simultaneous pain of hope and loss
- Coming to terms with the possibility, or reality, of not becoming a mother
Undertaking therapy with someone who actually understands first hand what its like to experience fertility challenges, can help you feel seen, understood and supported deeply.

My Approach
In my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I lead with warmth, empathy and a down‑to‑earth perspective. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and human - a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged, analysed or talked down to.
My approach is grounded, practical and emotionally attuned. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you and support you, as together we make sense of what you’re going through.

I offer online counselling and psychotherapy via Zoom or Teams, across London - including Walthamstow, Woodford, Highams Park and Buckhurst Hill, as well as UK‑wide.
If you have any questions, I’m always happy to answer them. I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation if you'd like to speak before booking a first session.
You can also visit my website if you want to learn more about me and my experience working with miscarriage, fertility issues, IVF and infertility. Additionally I have a dedicated blog on my website where I post regularly about these issues and how therapy can be of benefit.
My first session
The initial session I have with clients is a bit like an assessment session, where we can find out whether we would be a good fit to work together. I will gather some basic information about you and ask you a bit about your reasons for wanting to start therapy. I will explain a bit about the way I work and answer any questions you might have.
Note: I am also happy to answer questions via email, or to have a short introductory call with you, prior to arranging an initial session together.
